I wanted to ride the Thursday Night Worlds tonight. Scheduling seemed to fall into place so I took advantage of it. I wanted to take it easy knowing that Sunday I will be entering the pain cave with a SERC/GSC race. I have not done one of their races since last summer. With cross coming up I realized I needed to hurt.

I did keep it easy for the first 18 or so miles and then my legs warmed up. I went through 3 bottles of HEED and then ended the ride with Muscle Milk. My legs felt surprisingly good. Hopefully I didn't burn the candle from both ends for Sunday. Only race day will tell.

The Bike Store gang should be in full force..... Green and Black everywhere. Who's going?

The 29er was dirty from 3 hours of riding at Dauset Sunday.

I have the Rig hovering around 22.4lbs. I love the way it rides. I am thinking Dauset this weekend. Early...... probably O'Dark 30. Anyone? Chris perhaps.
